Ooooooouuh this is naughty. Naughty but healthier than a frozen Snickers it's already that. Once in a while, a little banana-chocolate-peanut butter frozen bite is a treat!
All you need:
* a ripe banana
* 35 grams of dark chocolate
* a few spoons of 100% peanut butter
Cut the banana in 0,5cm slices. Take two slices of banana, half a teaspoon of peanut butter, and sandwich the peanut butter in between two banana slices. Melt your chocolate by putting it in a bowl then microwave it for 50 seconds. Plate up your banana-peanut sandwiches on a non-stick paper, and poor the melted chocolate on top of them to coat them (or you can also dip them in the bowl full of melted chocolate if you find it easier). Put the result in the freezer for at least 2 hours. After that, enjoy them as an afternoon snack, or for dessert after a nice dinner. Delicious.
Variation: Almond butter, cashew butter instead of peanut butter, milk chocolate instead of dark chocolate (I would not recommend white chocolate, it would make everything way too sweet). You can also add crushed nuts on top of the chocolate, for a more crunchy feeling when you bite into it.
